Where's my order, why isn't there a tracking number yet?
We appreciate your patience. We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. Due to COVID 19 shipping delays, packages are take extra time for delivery. We appreciate your patience and we will get the packages to you as soon as possible.
What should I do once my package has been delivered?
Our advice to customers is to take the precautions that they feel are the right ones for them. We have two suggestions that are worth it if you're concerned.
First, wipe down packages with disinfectant. Then, should probably just remove your product from the shipping package, and dispose of that box immediately. Once you have disposed of the shipping packaging, the surface of the inside package can be wiped down with a disinfectant wipe. Most products shipped by Brodies Shades have likely been in a package for some time, meaning that the inside product probably isn't a super likely source of infection. Still, if you want to be extra careful, you can wipe that surface as well. After you've disposed of the packaging, and wiped everything else down, wash your hands.
Second, leave the package outside in a remote location for a period of time. While it's not known exactly how long this particular virus can survive on cardboard packaging, in the long term it needs a host organism to survive and multiply. If it can survive on cardboard for only 24 hours, leaving it outside may kill it, allowing you to safely bring your package inside. If you have a garage, you can simply place the entire box outside, and leave it a few days. Then, to be safe, you can wipe down the inside package as described above.
Delivery Times: 2-3 Weeks (DELAYED DUE TO COVID19, SEE MESSAGE ABOVE)
Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages, even though only one delivery fee is charged per order. Delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times are usually 2-3 weeks and may take longer depending on your country of origin and specific country customs processes. We cannot modify or cancel your order once your order goes into processing. Orders usually go into processing within 12 hours of the placement. You can request cancellation or modifications only if your order hasn't processed yet. Tracking & Notifications
We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information.
Brodies Shades can ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship your order via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or our White Glove delivery service. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico. We are now also able to ship to Canada!
