Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. We sell these products as “Final Sale” to maintain such significant discounts. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is “Final Sale” prior to making your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we will not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
For any returns if the product is not physically damaged, it is the customers responsibility to ship the product back to the facility. We charge a $19 restocking fee for shipping and returns. Please contact customer support at
email@example.com to initiate the return.
If you are not satisfied with the product, ship the product back to our facility and we will refund your order minus $19 for shipping and restocking. This product must be in its original boxing and untampered with. For clothing items shipped internationally, we do not offer returns, but we do offer exchanges. Please see the exchange policy below. If the product arrives damaged, we can exchange this product for you at no cost. Once the product has shipped, you cannot cancel the order or request a refund. This product is in transit to your selected destination and needs to be delivered before you assess the product. For broken items, we offer a free exchange. If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will ship you a new one.
If we're shipping your clothing internationally, we do not offer returns unless your clothing is damaged upon arrival. We do offer size exchanges for international shipments for a flat $29 fee. This covers the shipping and exchange for your newly desired size. If you want an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt in order to receive your exchange.
The customer is responsible for putting the correct address for the delivery. If the address is undeliverable, this is the customer's responsibility and a refund may not be requested. We incur charges for customs, restocking, and delivery and these charges are applied to the customer's order in the case of an incorrect address.
